Lots of people these days do not get to work physically. At the office they work sitting on the chair for a long time. It does not just make them obese, it makes them often have different diseases. To avoid this one should take physical exercise, including walking, running or jogging. If possible one can go to gym. Cleaning the houses, gardening at the backyard can be a good option as well. One can have vegetable garden on the roof as well if one does not have a backyard. Gardening does not just help stay active, it is rewarding. It provides fresh vegetable to  your family and often even friends, relatives and neighbors. Woman are not less prone to diseases. They should be active as well. In fact some times woman can fall easy victim to diseases.
